Maybe I have a solution for that. In my case, i still see the Windows 10 taskbar after upgrading to build 22000.100 on Beta Channel, and it makes start button function not working. It happened maybe because before all this I was in Dev Channel and did a rollback.
So for the solution, you need to uninstall the update KB5004300, after uninstalling, it should prompt you to restart. When your PC finishes restarting, you'll get a Windows 11 taskbar and the Start button function will work, but the Settings menu will be Windows 10 style. Now all you need is to go back to windows update, check for updates and reinstall KB5004300, and you should have everything updated to Windows 11.
You can uninstall an update by going toSettings>Windows Update>Update history>Uninstall update (Under Related settings).
