    I suggested 4 procedures. Did you do them all? Including disabling all extensions?

    Do you use any third-party security software? (Antivirus/Firewall)

    If so. Temporarily disable and see if the same behavior occurs.

    Hi GaryLaBounty.

    I'm David, and I'm happy to help you.

    Check proxy settings:

    1. Press "Windows + R", type "inetcpl.cpl", and click Ok.
    2. Select the "Connections" tab and click on "LAN Settings";
    3. Uncheck "Automatically detect settings";
    4. Also, uncheck the option "Use a proxy server for your LAN..." if checked;
    5. Click OK in both windows;
    6. Close and open your browser and see if you can access the site.

    If it persists, do you have any extensions installed?

    Disable all extensions, restart your browser and see if the same behavior occurs.

    If it persists, clear the browser cache:

    1. Open "Settings and more (Alt + F)" and select "Settings";
    2. In the left panel, select "Privacy, Search and Services";
    3. Under "Clear browsing data", click on "Choose what to clear";
    4. Under "Time Interval", change to "All time";
    5. Leave marked at least "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files";
    6. Click on "Clean Now";
    7. Close and open your browser.

    If it persists, reset the Microsoft Edge settings.

    1. Select "Settings and more (Alt + F) > Settings";
    2. Select "Reset settings";
    3. On the page that opens, select "Restore settings to their default values";
    4. In the pop-up explaining what data will be deleted, click on "Reset".

    I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions.
