Hi, Lillian.Gutierrez003
Welcome to the Microsoft community.
Is this issue occurring on a specific website or all websites? Normally, Edge should not prevent you from logging into any secure website. If possible, please try using other browsers to see if the same issue occurs. If it does, it is likely due to Norton’s security settings, and you will need to contact Norton for further assistance. If the issue only occurs in Edge, you can try pressing Ctrl+Shift+N to test if the issue persists in InPrivate Mode. If the issue does not occur in InPrivate Mode, please go to edge://extensions/ to check if any extensions are enabled. If they are, temporarily disable them to see if the issue persists. You can also try temporarily lowering Edge’s security settings by visiting this URL.
