DevTools opens in split screen with no content in Device emulator panel

As you can see, when I click "Inspect" or "Ctrl+Shift+I" or "F12", DevTools opens a split screen. The left side taken by the webpage, and right side taken by DevTools. Even the Device Emulator is blank and doesn't show the webpage that should be shown there.

This issue could not be replicated in Chrome, despite both running on Chromium, so it's an issue on MS Edge's side.

This should be fixed as soon as possible. Thank you.
