I receive the the preceded message after I boot up. I have done a search on my hard drive and found two files both named derivatives of daemon. The file names are cidaemon with one located in the C:\WINDOWS\system32 and C:\WINDOWS\system32\dllcache. Help!?
Many thanks!

I believe at this stage i uninstalled the Nvidea card then rebooted the PC to re-install. After which all seemed to run fine again. All the best

aps daemon.exe system error
I made a Recovery change back to Jan 15 2014 this morning. Since then, during Start-Up I receive the following message;
APSDaemon.exe System Error.
'This program can't start because MSVCR80.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.'
When I try a system search for APSDaemon.exe there is nothing found!
