Hello everyone.

Recently I bought a mobile wireless mouse 1000 to work with my laptop. I work very often in Netbeans(7.0). As OS I have windows 7 ultimate 64b.

I have a problem with the scroll whell. In windows explorer, total commander and other apps, it works fine. But in Netbeans does'nt work as it should be.

To scroll the default 3 rows instead scrolling one step of scroll whell I must scroll ~10 steps and very fast as speed. :(.

It is a big inconvenient. Any ideas to solve this problem?

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

If you have the scrolling problem only with one program that is Netbeans 7.0, this could be a possible bug.

There could be certain applications that would not support the full fledge features of some of the hardware.

I also suggest that you connect a different mouse (USB) and check if you have the scrolling issues with these applications.

This will help you figure out if this is bug or is related to the wireless mouse

with my old corded mouse everything works fine.

It seems that in all my java apps that I work with I have this problem.

So it is a mouse bug.

    Any possible solutions or ideas?

I too have this problem with a new wireless mobile mouse 1000 and there is no intellipoint software available for this model of mouse. All my corded IBM/Lenovo and other make mice scroll without a problem in all the apps on my laptop. The Microsoft 1000 mouse doesn't so it's definately a problem with this specific model.
