Hi Shailendrar,

This issue occurs due to the following reasons:

  • Due to Proxy settings.
  • Windows Files corruptions.

Try the following methods and check if it helps.

Method 1:

I would suggest you to reset the Store cache and check if it helps.

Please follow the steps given below.

  1. Press "Windows + R" key on the keyboard to open Run window.
  2. In the Run window type "wsreset.exe" and then click ok it will clear all the cache in Windows store.

Method 2:

Check if proxy server settings are enabled. To do this, try these steps:

  1. Disable proxy server on Internet Explorer (IE)
  2. Press the ‘Windows + R’ key on the keyboard.
  3. In the ‘Run’ type inetcpl.cpl and hit enter.
  4. Click Connections tab, click LAN settings button.
  5. Uncheck "Use a proxy server for your LAN" under proxy server.
  6. Click ok to apply the changes.
  7. Try to install apps and check if the issue persists.

Method 3:

Refer to the steps from the following Microsoft article and check.
