This issue occurs due to the following reasons:
- Due to Proxy settings.
- Windows Files corruptions.
Try the following methods and check if it helps.
Method 1:
I would suggest you to reset the Store cache and check if it helps.
Please follow the steps given below.
- Press "Windows + R" key on the keyboard to open Run window.
- In the Run window type "wsreset.exe" and then click ok it will clear all the cache in Windows store.
Method 2:
Check if proxy server settings are enabled. To do this, try these steps:
- Disable proxy server on Internet Explorer (IE)
- Press the ‘Windows + R’ key on the keyboard.
- In the ‘Run’ type inetcpl.cpl and hit enter.
- Click Connections tab, click LAN settings button.
- Uncheck "Use a proxy server for your LAN" under proxy server.
- Click ok to apply the changes.
- Try to install apps and check if the issue persists.
