Error Code : -5005 : 0x80070002

Question

Original title: Help! Trying to uninstall a Game, then suddently an error code popped up .

The error code was :

Code Error :  -5005 : 0x80070002

Information Error :

I try to uninstall TheSims 3 . Because i must install a new version to play the Sims and then i try to install the new version an the says you must uninstall the old to install this version but i cant uninstall the old version because the error coms .

Error code 0x80070002 means  ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUND The System cannot find the file specified.

What program are you trying to uninstall?
