Unable to detect any bluetooth devices

Hi,

I'm using Acer Aspire E1-571G laptop with windows 7 ultimate 32 bit. The problem is that I'm not able to detect any bluetooth devices on my laptop. Even there's no bluetooth icon in my control panel. I tried almost everything like uninstalling the bluetooth from device driver and and restarted my laptop which reinstalled it automatically. I also checked and restarted the bluetooth support services but to no avail. I even checked for bluetooth drivers update however it denied as I was already having the latest one.

I want to connect my wireless headset but couldn't as it's not getting detected. Neither I can search my laptop even after turning on the "Allow Discover..." option.

Below are some snapshots for your reference.

(No bluetooth icon in control panel. The only bluetooth icon that appears is on the notification area on the taskbar)

(My Bluetooth Adapter Properties)

If anyone knows how to solve this problem, please help me out...
