Bluetooth Error Code 52

Hello,

I performed a clean installation two days ago on my Samsung Notebook Pro 9 and everything was working fine until I paired a Bluetooth mouse and keyboard.

Bluetooth is not working since. I uninstalled the Bluetooth driver "Intel Wireless Bluetooth" and tried to install again to make it work but it doesn't. I Went to Samsung and download all the updated drivers... not working either.

I tried the restore point to a previous configuration when I know it was working, no luck.

I downgraded the driver to the previous version... same result

I put back the most current driver, but no luck.

It seems like windows sees the device but the software can't work properly. I'm getting error code 52.

Do you have any idea of how to fix it? Do I have to go to the whole ordeal of resetting my computer to factory settings?

Thanks in advance for your help.

    Hello Janipe,

The error (Code 52) normally caused by a driver that may be unsigned or corrupted.

To better assist you with your concern, I'd like to know the following:

    • Confirm which build is currently installed on your device. To check, follow the steps below:
    1. Press Windows key + R, then type in winver.
    2. Click OK.
    • Kindly provide the exact model number of your device.

Meanwhile, I'd recommend downloading the Samsung Update app from the Windows Store app. Here's a direct **link**to download the said application. It should help you install or update the required newest drivers, firmware, and application programs for your system.

    Looking forward to your response.

    Regards.
