If my computer has been hacked, should I remove web and windows credentials from credential manager in windows 10?

Hi,

Credential Manager allows the user to view and remove saved credentials for applications, web pages and networks. If your computer has been compromised, we suggest that you remove all information from the Credential Manager for security purposes.
