    Hi Eric,

DLL errors occur when a when your computer starts, program startup or while trying to use a specific function of a program. DLL files could be corrupted or missing. We'd like to know more about your issue. Please answer the following questions below:

    • Did you notice any recent changes on your PC prior to the issue?
    • Does the error message occur when your computer starts, while using PC or when you start a program?
    • Which build and version of Windows 10 are you running? You can find this information by clicking the Start button, type winver, and then press Enter.
    • Have you installed the latest Windows 10 updates?

In the mean time, we suggest you that you perform scan and repair Windows file corruption using SFC (System File Checker and DISM (Deployment Image Servicing and Management). Please follow the steps below:

    1. Open an elevated command prompt. To do this, right click the Windows button, and then select Command Prompt (Admin). If you are prompted for an administrator password or for a confirmation, type the password, or click Allow or Yes.
    2. Type the following command, and then press Enter.

    DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

      3. Type the following command and press Enter.

    sfc /scannow

Hope this information helps you. Feel free to post back should you need further
