Cname not reflecting for VM

We have updated Cname for one of our new VM but that is not reflecting correctly. When we ping the server in command prompt in local it points to old VM only but if we take the remote of any VM and ping the server, it is pointing to new VM and reflecting correctly. Its urgent. Can you help as soon as possible?

Apologies for the delay in response. Thank you for reaching out & hope you are doing well.

CNAME not reflecting for VM in your local server could be due to DNS cache. I would recommend a DNS flush on your local server & try again.
Please follow the below steps:

Open Command Prompt n Administrator mode.
When asked whether to allow Command Prompt to make changes to your computer, select Yes.
Note: If you are asked for an administrative login, you will need to contact your system administrator.

Type "ipconfig /flushdns" and press Enter.

Type "ipconfig /registerdns" and press Enter.

Try to ping the VM again & check if it now reflects the new CNAME correctly.
