Change text size without scaling all applications on screen?

I have a 4K laptop. I cannot read some applications because the text is too small. When I contact Microsoft support, I'm told to scale all applications, which decreases the available space on my screen. I was told there used to be a Windows option to change application font size, but that option was temporarily removed. Is there currently a good fix for this problem?

    Hi Da'ud

Microsoft removed the option to adjust the font sizes in the Creators Update . . .

Most Users are using a great small free utility called Winaero Tweaker, which will let you adjust font sizes anywhere in Windows 10.

Click the link below to get WInaero Tweaker:

I only see that the feature list for Winaero Tweaker says it can adjust the font Windows uses and the size of window titles, not the size of other text used in applications. I can't see the menus and other text in applications and some applications do not make font options available. Is there a way to override the font size for a particular application?
