Alexa App using Windows 10

Hello there! I'm trying to install the Alexa App on my PC but it's stating "

Alexa is currently not available", not sure why? I check the US store and it's available there.

    I've come across no restriction. You can find out better by asking Alexa Support included with your hardware purchase. They would know because they only handle Alexa while we see countless thousands of apps and other issues with WIndows here.

    Thank you so much. I will try that. However I wonder why it's not available directly to Windows Store Canada? Is there a restriction.
