Hello I am trying to dev unlock a windows phone 8.1 phone I am a student the app is not allowing me to register keep getting the same error any help would be appreciated.
Get Status: Error logging into the Windows Phone Dev Center. Check your Microsoft Account credentials and try again.

Windows Phone dev center service was shut down and is not available. It was replaced with Windows dev center but the app on windows 8.1 may still be going towards old URLs hence errors out. I dont think you will be successful in using that app in any way.
