Get Power bi data from power bi using Power shell

Hello,

is there a way using Powershell Power BI API or another tools to extract data table (columns headers and values )used by a Power BI dataset/report?
I tried to exctract it from power bi service but i get only 150 000 for excel and 30 000 for csv.

Need helpp!!!

Please kindly assist.
