I do not block IP of my own domain. I only block other IPs having inappropriate access to my domain.

Hi,
I currently adjust setup in Firewall and then the issue below arises. What port is leading to this problem?
This site can’t be reachedwww.my????.?? took too long to respond.
Try:Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
Running Windows Network Diagnostics
ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

May I know what's the IP address of site "www.my??????" ? Do we need access to the this site?
If so, why do we block traffic to this site?
