How to resolve Error code 15003 present in windows update logs?

Question

Hi Folks,

We have found that Cumulative updates are failed to install in our devices which are having Windows 10 ,20H2.
So we have collected logs from,
C:\Windows\Logs\WindowsUpdate

And after analysing we found that there is no details of any event.

we are getting error code- 15003

If anyone knows the workaround, Please help us to fix the issue.

Run Windows update troubleshooter, this tool will diagnose issue then try to repair automatically.
For Windows update troubleshooting, we don’t use event log for analysis, and error code 15003 doesn’t provide useful information for us. You could check windowsupdate.log and CBS.log for update failure detail.
