this forum members will not use remote mode to fix this printer issues. but the Xerox printer website technical support person might wil fix using remote diagnostic tool.

Please check your device manufacturer's official website for drivers for Windows 11, Windows 11 is compatible with most drivers for Windows 10, but there are exceptions.
