A step-by-step installation guide or procedure for properly installing the driver on Windows 11. Additional Info: I would prefer an official Dell driver or one certified for compatibility with my model and Windows version. If the model supports specific WWAN modules (e.g., Qualcomm Snapdragon, Intel, Fibocom, Sierra Wireless), please indicate which one applies to the Latitude 7290. Did the cellular connection previously work on that laptop, on a Dell system, while the SIM card slot may exist, the 4G LTE chip may not exist on the motherboard, on Dell systems, the Cellular connection is an optional extra that must be purchased separately to the base model.

Dell customize the drivers for their devices, the only drivers that will be compatible with your system are the drivers provided on the support page for your laptop on the Dell website (linked below).
On that support page, click Select Drivers.
Then set the Category drop-down menu to Modem/Communications.
From there, download and install the 2019 version of the 'Dell Wireless 5816e and Qualcomm Snapdragon X7 LTE Firmware and GNSS Driver'.

Ive installed the driver but im not seeing any sign of the driver being installed. No cellular option in settings or in device manager. Pls help me -
