Copilot Pro Deep Research issues

Hello team,

I am a Copilot Pro user. After several time of using Deep Research function in Copilot, I cannot continue using that. I waited for about a day but I still cannot use it. It is still appeared but cannot communicate with it.

Did Microsoft limited the times of using Deep Research function for Pro subscribers? And how long can I use it again?

    Depending on whether you mention that Copilot Pro users have a limit on the number of times they can use Deep Research per month or not

    Some users have seen the message “125 Deep Research sessions” in the Copilot interface or in the subscription confirmation email.

    However, this information does not appear in the official, globally standardized documentation and may be an A/B test or regional policy.

    If you have to wait, you'll likely have to wait until next month to use it

    Based on some user feedback and internal testing, Copilot Pro does have some form of restrictions, but the exact rules may vary by region or account type.

    There is also a note in the official:

    So it could be an unpredictable issue, but the issue has been logged in the official announcement

    So Microsoft is already in the process of fixing the problem.
