You may follow these steps to help resolve the issue.
- Temporarily Uninstall BlueStacks
To see if BlueStacks is the cause:
Go to Control Panel > Programs > Uninstall a program
Uninstall BlueStacks
Reboot your PC
Observe if the pop-up or slowness continues
- Disable Startup Apps
Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager
Go to the Startup tab
Disable anything non-essential, especially:
Discord
Skype
Any unknown or suspicious entries
- Scan for Malware
Sometimes these errors are triggered by hidden malware or bloatware that rides along with software installs.
Use Malwarebytes Free or Windows Defender:
Run a Full Scan
