How do I get rid of PC Helpsoft that constantly is popping up?

    Thank you for your post to the community.

    I understand how inconveniencing it is seeing a pop up of Pc Helpsoft when you are using your device and I will be helping to resolve it.

    Firstly , I will like to know if you are facing the issue on the Windows screen or in your web browser and here are steps to help in removing it as well:

    1.Uninstall the Program – Go to Control Panel > Programs & Features, find PC HelpSoft, and uninstall it.

    2.Remove Browser Extensions – If PC HelpSoft is affecting your browser, go to your browser’s extension settings and remove any related add-ons.

    3.Reset Your Browser – If pop-ups persist, reset your browser settings to default.

    4.Check Startup Programs – Open Task Manager > Startup and disable any PC HelpSoft-related entries.
