Intelligent cooling missing since last usage

Ever since my lenovo laptop had some kernel power issues and i tried fixing them trough guides online, the intelligence cooling feature disappeared on the lenovo vantage, both the vantage and commercial versions had it missing. I really need it so i can turn on energy saver for less fan noise and cooler temperatures, but since it is gone, i have no way to control it to how i like. Is there some way to get this back?

    Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    That Intelligent Cooling System setting is not controlled by any Windows setting, it is a Lenovo specific function, go to the support page for your system on the Lenovo website to check for any available driver updates and also if you do not have your drive encrypted with Bitlocker, check for any BIOS update that may be avaialble and need to be installed, then if the problem is still not resolved, completely uninstall and re-install the Lenovo Vantage utility.
