Hello! I'm Jen, and I'd be happy to help you out with this issue.

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. Try clearing Roblox cache and check if it helps. To do so, press Windows + R to open Run dialog box. Type in %localappdata% and click OK. Look for Roblox folder and delete the contents of it. Clearing the cache folder of any application doesn't affect its performance or your data. Restart your computer then verify the result.

Let me know if this solution works for you. If not, please feel free to reply, and I'll be happy to provide further assistance. Thank you.

    Best Regards!

    Jen :)

    Hi,

Do you have VPN or any antivirus software enabled? Try turning them off and see if it resolves the issue. Try switching to a different connection as well and see if it helps. You could also check the following page for other resolutions you could try to fix the problem. Hope this helps.

    Hi Jessica,

Could you please check if you have Iriun webcam installed on your computer? If so, try disabling it to see if it resolves the issue. Some users with this same issue have reported that disabling or uninstalling the program has worked for them.

    Thanks.
