Hi Danish, thanks for reaching out. My name is Bernard a Windows fan like you. I'll be happy to help you out today.

I understand the issue you have, there is nothing to worry I am here to help, upon analyzing and checking the DMP files, the error you have is 0x9F_3_IMAGE_usbccgp.sys, this usually occurs when the USB driver is not compatible with the system or there is a misconfiguration, for us to fix the issue, kindly follow the steps below:

Method 1. Disable power management of the USB hub

-Press the Windows key + X

    -Go to Device Manager

-Expand the Universal Serial Bus Controller

-Look for USB 3.0 or USB Root Hub or a similar name

    -Right-click > Click Power Management

-Uncheck "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power"

    Method 2. Do clean boot:

A “clean boot” starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs, so that you can determine whether a background program is interfering with your game or program.

    • In the search box on the taskbar, type msconfig and select System Configuration from the results.
    • On the Services tab of System Configuration, select Hide all Microsoft services, and then select Disable all.
    • On the Startup tab of System Configuration, select Open Task Manager.
    • Under Startup in Task Manager, for each startup item, select the item and then select Disable.
    • Close Task Manager.
    • On the Startup tab of System Configuration, select OK. When you restart the computer, it's in a clean boot environment.

Note: If the issue persists, please download and install the BIOS update from your manufacturer's website.

Let me know how it goes and I hope that helps.

    Bernard

Hi Danish, as per checking and analyzing the new DMP file, it is still displaying the same issue, in this case, I suggest updating your BIOS from your manufacturer's website, however, if the issue persists, I suggest contacting a local technician to physically check the device for any hardware-related issues in particular to your motherboard.

Hi Danish, since there are many USB 3.0 and 2.0 I suggest doing it first from the top and observe, then proceed to another one if the issue persists, this is likely a trial and error until we find out what driver is causing the issue, or I suggest updating your BIOS first.
