Hello:

i have two questions.

First regarding MS teams Network planner tool, Under persona, is there anyway to define what video quality will be used? for example 720 p vs 1080 p. Currently it just says video under persona.

Also we have managed internet link hosted in ISP's data center and our SBC will be hosted in another ISP's datacenter .. All the sites are connected via MPLS but none of them have direct(local)internet connection. At the moment they go to our ISP's datacenter to go out on internet. Obviously not a optimal design but is there anyway to outline this on network planner. I was thinking to create a site for ISP and define all the workers as remote and use that into consideration. any thoughts

thanks

    @det103 ,

    Question 1. is there any way to define what video quality will be used?

    No. As you know, it can only define the permissions that this persona will use within the organization.

    Question 2. is there any way to outline this on network planner?

    I did not find related official document about this now. You could refer to the following articles for more information on getting your organization ready for Teams:
    Prepare your organization's network for Microsoft Teams

    Office 365 URLs and IP address ranges
