Hello! My name is Cristiano. I'm an Independent Advisor. I'm glad to help you.

The error code you mentioned usually indicates a problem with the installation process or some conflict with other apps on your system. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

    1. Restart your computer, sometimes, a simple restart can fix temporary glitches, so give it a shot and see if it resolves the issue.
    2. Run the Windows Store Apps troubleshooter. To run it, go to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters > Windows Store Apps. Follow the on-screen instructions and see if it detects and resolves any issues.
    3. Clearing the cache of the Windows Store can help resolve installation problems. Open the Command Prompt as an administrator and run the following command: "wsreset.exe". This will reset the Windows Store cache, and then you can try installing WSA again.
    4. Sometimes, security software can interfere with the installation process. Temporarily disabling any third-party antivirus or firewall software you have installed might help. Remember to re-enable them once the installation is complete.
    5. Ensure that your operating system is up to date by checking for any pending Windows updates. Install any available updates and try installing WSA again.

    Good luck!
