Hello Ali. I'm Greg, here to help you with this.

Basic driver is only a placeholder that doesn't support good resolution or sleep, so I'll help you find the best driver after we get Windows started.

When Windows won't start even in Safe Mode, we need to use the WinRE Repair Mode or bootable media which both have full repair options listed here: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/for...

The repairs you want to try first are Step 5) System Restore to before you installed the driver, then if that doesn't work Step 6) Uninstall Updates to remove the driver if it came in via Updates (including Optional). If that fails it shows how to get into Step 7c) Safe Mode from the Repair Mode which might work

If not do the Reset in Step 8, or Clean Install in Step 9. If you have files that need rescue first do Step 10.

Once you get back into Windows, make sure System Restore is turned on so you can use it if the driver is pushed again and causes the same problem, then if it come in via Windows Update block it via Hide Updates tool:

If it's already residing in the System 32 driver folders then here is how to locate and uninstall it: https://www.winhelponline.com/blog/driver-unins...

Feel free to ask back any questions. Based on the results you post back, I will have other suggestions if necessary.
