Have you tried to use a different USB keyboard to check if it's a hardware issue? In the meantime, please try to use an older driver for your keyboard and check if will work.
- Open run box by pressing Windows Key + R and type devmgmt.msc then hit enter
- Locate and expand Keyboards
- Right-click on the driver and select Update driver
- Select Browse my computer for drivers
- Select Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer
- Select any older driver from the list and click next
- Wait for the process to complete, once completed, restart your computer and check if it resolves your issue.
