Currently I am experiencing the following error every time when starting my PC. This problem occurred after I replaced the battery for my computer
BSOD
Recovery
Your PC/Device needs to be repaired
A required device isn't connected or can't be accesssed
Error code 0xc000000e
You'll need to use recovery tools. If you don't have any installation media (like a disc or USB device), contact your PC administrator or PC/DEvice manufacturer.
Press Enter to try again (screen flickers then same)
Press F1 to enter Recovery Environment (reboots with same result)
Press F8 for start-up settings (reboots with same result)
Press Esc for UEFI Firmware settings (reboots Same result)
I always choose esc to enter BIOS and then exit without doing anything. After that it will restart successfully, but the next restart will still encounter the same error. I tried a few things but none of them works, can you guys help me solve this problem?

Hi Alex_Bob_Carroll
Your minidump file indicates the crashes are caused by a driver associated to Intel Rapid Storage Technology, which basically controls access to the drive(s)
Go to the support page for your PC on the manufactures website, then from there, download and install the version of Intel RST they recommend.
Thanks for your reply!

Hi Alex_Bob_Carroll
I am Dave, I will help you with this.
Please check to see if your PC is producing any minidump files, I will check those to see if they provide any insight into a potential cause of the system crashes.
Open Windows File Explorer.
Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump
Copy any minidump files onto your Desktop, then zip those up.
Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive, DropBox... etc.), then choose to share those and get a share link.
Then post the link here to the zip file, so we can take a look for you.
