I have Standard NC promoFamily vCPU quota of 6.
I am trying to select,
1x Standard NC6 Promo
6 vcpus, 56 GB memory Region: West Europe
But, I am always getting an error
Exceeding Total regional cores quota.
An Azure service that is used to provision Windows and Linux virtual machines.

in addition to the Standard NC promoFamily vCPU quota you should check the Total Regional vCPUs quota for the selected Azure Region.
