    Hello Efa M,

My name is Oluwatosin and I’ll be more than happy to help you with your query." This is a user-to-user community forum. We do not have access to your account.

I'm sorry to hear that your students are having trouble with their Teams client.

Here are a few things you can try to troubleshoot the problem.

Confirm that the access token utilized by your students is valid and possesses the appropriate scopes. The /me/joinedTeams endpoint requires the User.Read scope. Any issues with the token could lead to a 401 status. Ensure the token is up to date and granted the requisite permissions.

You can also ask your student who use the web to clear their browser cache and those who use the Team app to clear their Teams cache and see if the problem persists:

    https://learn.microsoft.com/microsoftteams/troubleshoot/teams-administration/clear-teams-cache

They can also sign out and sign In back to refresh the Teams app authentication.

Hope this helps! Let me know if you have any questions.

    Best regards, Oluwatosin.
