Authenticator deleted without backup

Question

Hello;
I need your help for Authenticator issues.
I registered for my account at Coinlist with my email: 23—@qq.com and Microsoft Authenticator by scanning QR code from Coinlist two weeks ago.
Then, I deleted the Authenticator app without backup after successfully logged in Coinlist.

Several days later, I try to login to my account, the web Coinlist requires 6 digital password that generated by Authenticator.
Immediately, I downloaded the Microsoft Authenticator again. But, unfortunately the Authenticator doesn’t generate any password even if I tried to login to Coinlist many times.

Also, I tried to add + my email 23–@qq.com to the Authenticator, it always display scan QR code or enter manually, but I cannot find code anywhere...

Should you please Let me know how to resolve the problem.
