Problems installing "include computer audio" on Teams for Mac iOS Big Sur 11.4

I have recently bough MacBook Pro with Big Sur 11.4 iOS. I have downloaded Teams and installed on my Mac and the basic functionality is fine.

However I have tried to download the "include computer audio" driver from within the application and the following error message comes up:

"Couldn't install driver...Make sure you're using macOS version 10.13 or higher, and give it another try"

I'm using macOS 11.4 and it is still not downloading.

Can anybody help?

    Hi @Andrew Westlake

Does anyone else have the same issue in your organization?

I did a research and found some customers also met this issue before. Here is a workaround for your reference:

    1) Download the driver package from here.

2)Install the package and restart Teams client.

In addition, please try to clear your Teams client cache file and restart the client to see if it can be fixed.
