How to change language in Excel Add-Ins

Dear All Expert in this community.

I Installed Ms. Office Professional 2013 Japanese Version  Into My PC, I Also Installed Language Pack From Japanese To English,  and display language successfully changed Into English. However, I Need To Use Ms. Excel Add-Ins.  I Activated Ms. Excel Add-Ins for data analysis.

The data analysis tab was successfully activated, unfortunately the language was still in Japanese. Please help me to solve this problem.

Thank you so much for your explanation, however, I'm not so familiar with a software .

I already read your explanation, I think there are 2 possibilities is in it?

Firstly, directly modify the Windows Installer metadata to ensure the Excel Add-Ins language matches the UI. 

and finally, if I can't I should buy another office with English-based language.

Mr. Sagnik_Chakraborty, I wanna try the first option, can you assist step by step how to do it?

I wondering your kind help.
