Office 2013- Error loading type library/DLL. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80029C4A (TYPE_E_CANTLOADLIBRARY)).

We have upgraded our PCs from Win 7 32 bit 64bit. After that some of our tools which are 32 bit based not working which are using microsoft.office.excel.interop.dll.  ( fetch data from excel)

Windows Version : Window 7 Enterprise

Office Version : Office 2013 

Visual Studio version 2012

But it is working in Windows 8 / Office 2013 / Visual Studio 2012 environment

Error

"Unable to cast COM object of type 'Microsoft.Office.Interop.Excel.ApplicationClass' to interface type 'Microsoft.Office.Interop.Excel._Application'. This operation failed because the QueryInterface call on the COM component for the interface with IID '{000208D5-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}' failed due to the following error: Error loading type library/DLL. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80029C4A (TYPE_E_CANTLOADLIBRARY)).  "

How to resolve it ?

Any common know inssue ?

    I can offer a suggestion to perform Online Repair of MS Office which may correct this problem. (Please make sure that you have valid license key for activation as MS Office 2013, of late, after repairing asks for activation)
