Blank PDFs

Hello,

I have been using onenote for about a year now and this problem has been occurring for a few months. I insert a PDF and it goes in fine, but later when I open it back up, some of the pages are blank. I attached an example I hope shows up. Please help fix this because I uploaded a 300 page course packet and suddenly the last 200 pages are blank and I noticed the blank pages during the class. I can't use this program if it isn't going to work.

Thanks

    Hi Erin,

I have inserted some PDF files from my side and they are not blank.

I think that the PDF files also show correctly when you first insert them, so let's find how they disappear later.

Please check the notebooks in Online version to see if the PDF files are also blank.

To better understand your situation and provide help for you, please help confirm some information:

    1. What is the version of your OneNote for Windows 10?

Click ellipsis in the up-right corner> Settings> About> Version number.

    1. When did the issue start to occur? When did you find that some of the PDF files were blank?
    2. Where did you save your notebooks, OneDrive for Business or OneDrive personal?
    3. Does the issue happen with a specific notebook or some notebooks?
    4. From your description, it seems that three PDF files are blank and two of them show correctly.

You mentioned that 200 pages of 300 pages are blank. Did you upload all PDF files in all pages at one time? Or, for example, you uploaded one page of PDF files for each class.

    Best Regards,

    Gloria
