Hi Simon,

Thanks for the explanation. SharePoint does not have a web part that can display or link a shared mailbox in SharePoint. If it's convenient, we suggest you check out Office 365 Groups as the mailbox and site is directly connected to each other. With Office 365 Groups, even though you can't display a mailbox in the site, there is a link directly to the mailbox in the site:

Regards,

Sheen

Thanks for the prompt reply Sheen.  I have a shared mailbox already and just want to see that in sharepoint if possible? We have a group and want to link the emails to that (hope that makes sense)

    Kind regards

    Simon

    Hi Simon,

If your goal is for a team to have their own SharePoint site and also a mailbox, we suggest you check out Office 365 Groups. When you create an Office 365 Group, a site and mailbox will be created for that group.
