Hi, 

Suddenly I can't use Word on my Mac. I get a pop up window that says "Microsoft Word wants to use your confidential information stored in "Microsoft Identity [long number]" in you keychain. To allow this, enter the "login" keychain password. 

What's going on? How can I fix this?

I bought some time ago a perpetual micros licence.

Microsoft 365 and Office | Word | For home | Windows
