Reinstall Only Excel

Question

We are running O365 ProPlus on Windows 10 machines.  Recently, an issue has come to light with the SAS Add-in for Microsoft Office.  The SAS tab will disappear out of Excel.  When we look at the add-ins, the SAS add-in is disabled and cannot be re-enabled.  The add-in will function normally in other O365 applications.  So the issue is limited to just Excel.  Re-installing the SAS Add-in for Microsoft Office does not fix the problem.  Likewise, doing a repair on O365, either a quick repair or an online repair, does not fix the problem.  Thus far, the only solution that has worked is a full reinstall of O365.

Once upon a time, it was possible to reinstall just one application in the Office suite.  With O365 ProPlus, is there a way to reinstall only Excel?

I am glad to hear that you have found the solution.

However, we couldn’t only uninstall Excel which is including Office 365 ProPlus, as Office 365 ProPlus is a entirety.

I can understand that it is convenient if we can reinstall one Office program of Office 365 ProPlus.
