Planner not saving updates

I use MS Office 365 Planner and noticed that many times the tasks I added or the checklist items added to a task disappear (sometimes within a minute or two).  Is anyone else having this issue?  My tech support says to "clear the cache", which I've done, but the issue is sporadic and still occurring.  Clearing the cache simply can't be the solution.  Anyone else having this issue?  Seems pretty buggy to me as other similar apps don't seem to have this issue (Trello).

Was using latest version of Google Chrome as a browser.

I am testing Planner, so others are not using it yet.

The issue appears to be sporadic in that sometimes the edits are saved, sometimes not saved.

I will need to do more testing.

    Hi Michael,

Thanks for your posting the question on our forum.

I have tested this on multiple planners, I didn’t meet the issue.

I suggest you try another browser to check the result.

If the issue occurs on other browsers, I want to collect the following information for further analysis:

    1. Check if all planners meet the issue.
    2. Did the issue occur if other users added the checklist items?
    3. When did the issue occur? Can you add the checklists or tasks normally before?

    Regards,

    Qing
