Excel Issue with Data Analysis ToolPak

I have a Mac and my excel is not allowing me to download the analysis toolpak, nor is it allowing me to even put in the formulas to obtain the mean and all the other formulas I need. I have been messing with this for the past couple hours. I also tried using the online version of Microsoft excel from Kent state to see if this worked and while I am able to actually use the XLMiner Analysis ToolPak, it too is not outputting the descriptive statistics. It states the similar problem from the screencast of no numeric data, however it is reporting all the data as true and not false.  Then it is also not allowing me to perform the formula functions manually.  I have been reading online blogs and the help sections, but I am stuck and the solutions are not working for me. Please let me know if you have any insight on what I can do. Thank you for your time.

Microsoft never supplied an Analysis ToolPak for Excel 2011. Instead they partnered with AnalystSoft to provide StatPlus mac LE. The instructions provided in Mac Help are supplied below, but now that Office 2011 is deprecated I don't know whether the offer still is valid... I'm not even sure AnalystSoft is till in business.
