Notes Master not applying

Hi

I've seen another post about this but it didn't resolve my problem.  

My notes master looks fine, but when I View - 'Notes Pages' the notes master isn't applying.

I've tried copying all slides into a new document and it doesn't help.  I've got several other presentations using this same template and they are fine.

I need to turn the powerpoint deck into a PDF including the notes.

    To reapply the Notes Master, right-click on the blank page area and choose Notes Layout. Check Reapply master and click on OK.
