Microsoft 365 E5 developer subscription Error

Hello, I hope that you are doing well. I recently started studying a Microsoft PowerApp course on Udacity, and I have to set a Microsoft 365 E5 developer subscription so I can start learning, but each time I try to set it up I get this error:

''This service is temporarily unavailable due to a high volume of requests. Please try again later.

We can't set up your subscription right now. The service might be unavailable. Please try your request again.

MS-CorrelationId: 8e8b2430-bf4c-4853-abc3-0027d7843a78''

I waited 24 hours as I was told by the support and tried again but nothing. I have been trying to do this for 4 days and I keep getting the same error.

Here is someone with the same problem as me ''https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/forum/all/failed-to-activate-microsoft-365-developer-e5/c51804db-cd95-47b6-bf86-b1fb52e56845''

Also each time I try to set the subscription up, they take away my domain name and I can no longer use it again.

Thanks a lot ! :)

    Hello Jennifer,

Thanks for the reply, I did contact the support multiple times and they told me that I could get an answer here. I did try VPN but it didn't work.

This is really frustrating I'm going to try the link you gave me, and hope that it will work.

    Thanks
