Regarding you post, may I know from which operating system (Mac and Windows) and from where you are using Outlook (such as Outlook web app or Outlook desktop app)? This information is required because recently we have received several reports that customers who are using Mac and access Outlook web app via Safari browser have the same issue.
We are doing research on our side to see if we can find any relevant information about the issue. Once we get any update, we will update to primary thread below and this thread will be locked.
