How do I ADD a watermark to an Excel spreadsheet with Microsoft 365?

Hi Pamela,

Thanks for posting in the community. We are happy to help you.

Microsoft Excel doesn’t come with a built-in watermark button. But you can use an image, like a logo, to create a watermark in the header or footer. Also, this feature is not available in Excel for the Web.
