Help with Accessing Full Admin Functionality

We have all of our Microsoft 365 accounts set up through GoDaddy. When we create an account, GoDaddy arbitrarily assigns a Home Organization. Their process assigned different Home Organizations to some of our domains and GoDaddy's admin dashboard does not allow us access to change those.

Does anyone here know how to gain access to the FULL M365 admin dashboard so we can reassign Home Organizations to ones that have been messed up?

    Dear Adam Cooper2

    Thanks for choosing Microsoft Community.

Based on your description, I know your consult. For this, to gain access to the full Microsoft 365 admin dashboard, you will need to have global administrator permissions. If you do not have these permissions, you will need to contact the current global administrator for your organization and request that they grant you these permissions.

Once you have global administrator permissions, you can access the full Microsoft 365 admin dashboard by logging in to the Microsoft 365 admin center at admin.microsoft.com. From there, you can navigate to the Users > Active users section to manage user accounts and reassign Home Organizations as needed.

Hope this can help. If there is any update, please feel free to update me. I will continue to help you based on the information you provide. Your understanding and co-operation are highly appreciated.

Thanks for your precious time. Have a nice day.

    Sincerely,

    Katherine
