Microsoft Loop - Create table rule not working

Working on a MacBook Pro running Sanoma 14.6.1. Trying to create a new table rule in Loop and keep receiving "New rules can be created here on desktop browser." When I click "here", the same loop page opens in a new tab and I am still unable to create a rule. Same issue when using Chrome and Safari. I downloaded the desktop client and the same message pops up and takes me back to Chrome.

    Hi Madison,

Thanks for your updates. From my tests in various accounts, it seems like I also failed to reproduce the same issue. In this situation, if it also happens on other users' Loop space, then it is suggested to confirm with the tenant admin and adjust the organization's permission settings.

    Best Regards,

    Mia

    Hello,

Thank you for your prompt reply. It appears the issue stemmed from my organization's permission settings.

    Hello.Madison_Ag90

Thanks for using Microsoft products and posting in the community.

I would be honoured to help check your question.

Based on the information you're providing now.

I can only offer some basic methods now that can help you with further troubleshooting.

    1. Upgrade your browser.

Check the app store to see if you have the latest version of your browser, and update it to the latest version.

You can also download the latest version of the edge app.

    1. Clear your browser's cache

Clear your browser history and cookies to restore your browser to its original state.

*Disclaimer: Your browser automatically saves temporary internet files to help pages load faster. Clearing this cache will sometimes fix website issues.*Please back up all your personal files first, such as Favorites, to ensure you do not lose data.

    1. Use another device.

For example, mobile phones or Windows devices to see if you have the same problem.

You can also download the loop app on your mobile phone.

    Best regards.
